Default Hemi Swap Engine 2009 to 2006 Charger

Hello everyone, I have a question, what do you have to do to put the 2009 engine in a car from 2006? what changes would in 2009?

Is it enough to replace the ECU?

It's about Dodge Charger 2006 Hemi.
Thanks in advance for your help
And I'm sorry for my English

2009 was first year for the eagle 5.7. Completely different cylinder heads, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, variable valve timing (VVT), a different tooth count crank tone ring, more compression and more cam. Your 2006 PCM cannot run it nor can you just swap in the 2009 PCM; they are two different levels of CAN bus. Is your engine toast or are you just trying to get the extra 30hp?
Here are your options:
1. Most expensive option, you talk to one of the few domestic shops here that has figured it out. About three years ago I was quoted $13,000 USD to drop in a factory 392 (similar function wise to an eagle 5.7), which included the price of a new engine, so labor, parts and wiring alone were about $5500-$6000 USD with the distinct possibility of some function loss (like cruise control).
2. Next less expensive option, you take the eagle heads and intake manifold (cannot use the cam, they are not physically interchangeable) and install them on your original 5.7 (if the short block is still good) with a good cam. You'll get better performance and didn't have to dick around adapting harness for lotsa $$$, but still have to adapt a few parts.
3. Modify original 5.7 (if still good) for more power and not have to worry about adapting anything.

Boils down to why you are asking

Magnoom, thanks for the information you helped me a lot, the problem is that I have 2009 already in the car, the man who sold me the engine claimed to be the same, I guess it won't be true.

I do not want to play such modifications, I wanted a second engine because my 2006 is broken, I got a defect in the valve seat. In Poland, I do not have such access to parts, I have to import them from the States, it consumes a lot of money

I'm afraid that after such modifications will be errors that (check engine)

If I chose option 2, do I have to change the entire heads from my 2006 engine? is the camshaft crown enough?

However, I decide to repair my engine, 12/11 I have an appointment with an electronics engineer apparently has some idea how to start this engine 2009 but it probably does not make sense.
