Default Looking for advice

I just got a dodge charger the other day with the 5.7l in it, had a lifter knock after being parked for 3 years, got it started. Lifter quit after adding oil. Once started it started smoking. I have removed the intake and found oil on cylinder 8s intake valve, vehicle has 100k miles on it. Could it be caused by headgaskets as it got hot before they guy parked it. What should I look for. If this is in the wrong section I'm sorry. Any advice would help

Not long at all, I drove it in. Pulled intake and it was like that. So I'm guessing valve stem seal is gone. Will be abil to look into it further sunday

Think I would be havin' a HARD look at the guides as well. That's WAY to much oil for just a bad seal.
