recalls are for safety issues. This is not a safety issue. Welcome to DF!

Hi Mira,

Feel welcome to send our team a private message with more details about your vehicle, and we can take a further look into this for you from there.

Hello,
I have been searching online regarding the touch screen ghosting issues on the radios on dodge chargers. I have a 2017 Dodge charger. I bought it brand new and have 34,000 miles on it. The radio started acting up about 3-4 months ago. It wasn't that annoying at first so I didn't seek help. As of last week, I had to take action, as it beeps constantly, changes stations from FM, to AM, station to station, and when I turn it off, it turns itself back on. Sometimes it changes from stations so fast it won't even play music. As I am reading so many people having this issue, this seem to be a real problem with chargers and challengers. I haven't searched other Dodge vehicles or other makes, but this should not go bad within 5 years. That is just awful a stereo only lasts that long and needs replaced that quickly. I am very disappointed that it isn't made better than that as I have been so proud of my Dodge vehicles all this time, but actually this is the first time that I have had a touch screen, and now I have to pay to have it replaced.
