Default Limp Mode? TCM/Trans Help. 36 Codes

Hello, I am currently helping a friend with his 2014 Dodge Charger SE. He was on the Autobahn and called me about a month ago and said that his car seemed like it went into limp mode and was about 40 mins from home. After 10 mins of driving he had to pull to the side of the autobahn and get towed. The car still runs and drives but he cannot make it very far and is still in limp mode. After hooking up a bluetooth obd2 reader and looking at his codes. We determined that he had a spike in voltage that probably fried his TCM and Trans. He wanted to be on the safe side and ordered a TCM, Alternator, and Battery. He finally received the parts after a month or so, and we went to replace them. Although we could not find his TCM under his dash or trunk. (Starting to think its inside of the transmission?). Anyway. He just took the code reader and looked up the codes. I have attached a copy of the scan. There are a total of 36 codes. So any help would be appreciated.
Is there another place the TCM could be?
Since we aren't located in the states, finding a shop around us is impossible.
Also, how do we figure out what type of transmission he has?
