OK, the P219A is whining about fuel/air ratio on bank one, which is where your misfires are, so that makes good sense. I suspect it's a result of some other problem, that is actually causing the misfires though. How is fuel pressure? What plugs are installed? Coils good? Tested compression?

I replaced all fuel Injectors,
switched the coil packs from side to side,
replaced all plugs,
replaced camshaft and crank shaft sensors.
did a leak down and compression test all good.
checked camshaft and rockers,
Ran sever cans of fuel cleaner through it,
sprayed cleaner though the throttle body to clean valves.
and what I don't think makes since is that some times the light goes off for two or more days and then it does it again.

What type/brand plugs did you install? I have seen mystery misfires on the older engines when folks installed rare-earth plugs, where the factory installed good ol' coppers.....

I don't know I think the same as what was in it and what would be the odds on being exactly the same cylinders .

If you have one of the old plugs layin about yet, have a look, see what they are.

You have something going on on the drivers side there though, that is causing the misfires. Might be as simple as a vacuum leak, leaning them out.

That's possible, but, a rather expensive experiment.

You have an O2 sensor on each bank, right? How old are they? Might try disconnecting them, and see if the engine runs any better. (yeah, that'll set some codes....)
