Angry P0153 and P0133 cat delete

hi guys
i have a charger rt plus 2015 stock
i bought the car used and it had a cat delete . i had p420 codes about the catalyst not working properly so a friend of mine advised to use a o2 spacer
after installing the o2 spacer on both sides . the code relating to the catalyst converter is gone but now i have p2096 code sayign the post catalyst fuel trim lean
if the code stays for a few days the p171 and code p131 pops saying the fuel trim lean and the o2 sensor on bank 1 s1 has a slow response .
i checked for vacuum leaks and my vacuum valve was bad so i replaced it but still getting the p2096 code
i checked for other leaks and nothing is showing on the vapor test
i checked for the fuel injectors and the fuel pump they were fine
last thing i did i replaced the bank 1 s2 sensor with bank 2 s2 sensor now m getting p153 code saying the bank 2 s1 sensor slow response
what are your thoughts ? can the s2 effect s1 readings on the same bank ? should tune the car will that work ? cuz my mechanic said i can only tune the s2 sensor i cant play with s1 cuz s1 means you have a problem not related to the cat
i really need your help guys m really sick of the cel

If moving the sensor moved the code as well, change the sensor. (NTK or Denso sensors only please.) Get that fixed first, clear codes, and see if anything comes back.
