Default 2016 Charger rt won't start

Girlfriends 2016charger rt automatic transmission. Push button start. This has happened once before about a month ago and it eventually started.

When pressing the start button the car won't start. It will go into accessory mode(like when you press button with no foot on the brake) but will not start. The remote start will also not work. Has power. No other mechanical issues.

Any ideas?

I would maybe think somewhere, you have an intermittent connection from push to start button to the brake button. It may be getting random voltage signals at time enabling it to work properly, while other times, not providing the power and causing the car to only go into accessory since it doesn't detect the brake button at all. Does your brake light come on and off when continuously pressed and depressed? I do this simple check to see if there is a connection issue there for starters.
