Default Remote start is wonky

My Charger has been weird with the remote start for a while. Around once out of four times, the car will start, run for a few seconds and shut down. Remote starting again works, and as of now the second time stays running. So in the morning, I remote start, wait a few seconds and look out the window. If the car turned off, I remote start again and all is well. There are no check engine lights and as far as I know all systems are running well. Oil pressure is great at idle, volts are at 14.2 as soon as the gauge loads. I don't know if it's possible to datalog, or if there are ever any flags set by the system when remote start doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks!

How long does it take for oil pressure to come up from a cold start? No idea if the computer even cares.... but, it's a thought.

I'm honestly not sure. It's up as soon as the gauge loads in the dash. I think it has a high volume pump from the previous owner.

After every few remote starts you have to start it manually; this is a software thing that continues to this day.

You're not kidding. Not to necro my own post but I'm still trying to track it down. The only other piece of intel is that occasionally, after remote starting and remote opening the trunk the alarm will go off. No idea why. I saved the AlfaOBD logs and can't see anything glaringly obvious. Kinda tempted to replace the trunk open sensor to see if it helps but hate just slinging parts.
