Default New remanufactured engine

Just had a reman put in my charger. I'm about 1100 miles in and was passing someone. When I got off the freeway I noticed that it was smoking. I went straight home and opened the hood and saw smoke and coolant from the back of the engine. The radiator, water pump and shroud underneath the front are dry but the firewall and backside of the driver side have coolant all over. Coolant reservoir is empty. Hopefully the freeze plug and not a crack!! If it was a crack it would've had to have a drastic drop or increased temp though. The head gaskets look to be fine also. It reach a temp of 228 according to the cars computer menu. Any ideas!!??

Gonna have to go diggin', and see if you can find where it's coming from. There are a selection of freeze plugs back there, most of which, are cleverly hidden between the engine and trans...... Any warranty on the engine? Might wanna check into that before you get too deep into it. If you had a shop do the install, and you still have warranty, I would give it to the shop, (have it towed....) and let them have at it.
