What happened to TB???? Gah!!!

 

Lime green does rock....I already get hell with the TB...Guys at work refer to it as the short bus. That doesnt bother me though..Its a fast short bus.

 

I'm more a fan of the Plum Crazy Purple than the Sublime on the '07 Charger. Sublime just doesn't look right without a black vinyl top.

Too bad the SRT-8s won't have Plum Crazy as a color option- I'd trade my black '06 in right now if that were the case.

 

Don't feel bad about TB being discontinued. It makes the one you have worth more.

I am talking to the dealer about the mods made to the '07 Daytonas to get the increased HP. They will let me know what was done and if/how much $$ it will cost to retrofit existing Daytonas. I already told them I want my TB Daytona to have whatever was done for the HP increase. I will let you know what I find out.

If the new daytona's have 375HP then it doesn't seem right to pay an extra 5k for another 50HP for the SRT-8. And with a larger cam how is the mds system going to work cause thats its down fall.

 

i think the mds will still work with the more aggresive cam because i know that the 6.1 cams heads and intake are direct replacements to the 5.7 cams heads and intake ive heard of a lot of ppl putting them on their 5.7 mds hemi trucks so the cams out of the 07 chargers are probably less aggressive than the 6.1 cams so it probably wouldnt interfere with mds. also a thought maybe these are the 6.1 cams.

 

I talked to my dealer buddy and the Daytonas are still gonna have 350. It also says that in the O7 Charger book. Where did ya all get 375hp?

 

I hope your buddy is right simply for the sake of being right. I was told, when I bought my R/T, that the Road & Track package wasn't available on the R/T. Well, we all know different now, right?

yea, buddy at the dealer said 350 hp . f*** , that suck would like to see some extra hp.
guess they want use to do it ourselves.

relax guys mopar will make a more aggresive cam for the charger give it some time no rushing engine work especially when there is a warranty involved be patient and wait for a mopar cam jan 07 catolag will be out soon and by then the 07 chargers will be out and the mystery solved.its just about a guarantee krc cam or anyone elses cam goes in the warranty goes right out so relax and be patient.lets do it right and slow in the end well all be better of .like new rear gears im so anxious about getting a set i can taste it.but none available yet ,patience .[:@]
