Well if you go with the biggest cam you should be deep into the 12's. But for a mid 13's 2k seems abit much. With a superchip, cai and a 50shot of nitrous and you are there mid 13's for $1300.

 

Actually, $2000 is not that bad considering all they do to the heads and you get your choice of cam to boot. I paid almost $500 to have a set of 360 heads done - new valves, Comp Cam springs, retainers, etc., BUT NO PORTING or clean up. Nope. $2000 is not bad at all for a good set of complete heads.

I wonder what it would take $$$ for the bigger cams. New non-MDS lifters, coils and then there's the PCM program <= say byby to the superchips.
