Default Mopar Performance Computer

I saw this on another site.

http://www.moparsupercenter.com/

On the left side of the screen, click on charger, 2006, then on the main screen click, performance computer. There is also the cams and ported heads in there.

Now I know why DCX won't reveal secrets to superchips.

Oh man, the black box! You gotta love the detailed information they publish.

Anyone have any idea what it does and who's going to spring for this and test it out?

I bet it comes w/a PDF on CD stating: Warranty Void! HAHahahaha LOL

I sent them an e-mail asking what all it did to increase performance. Now we'll see how long it takes them to answer.

Ok. I called the dealer and this is what I was told. If you buy the PCM along with the tranny upgrade, cam, headers, cats, exhaust, CAI mopar claims 50 rwhp!! Thats around $5k of work and parts. So basicly the PCM needs much more than itself to really be affective.

I've also seen where someone said a tranny pcm is on the way from Mopar. So far the $288 for the Mopar PCM is cheaper than SC. If I can get everything mopar and have a warranty then I'm thinking Cam, PCM, Headers, CAI and maybe if $$$ allows CNC heads. See, Mopar has you coming and going. I think all Mopar provides could be worth 50-70 rwhp. $5k worth of parts, not to mention labor but my Chrysler mechanic can be paid with beer, to be at the level of a stock SRT. It's worth considering especially with a warranty. I'll have to do some more digging to find out the warranty thing.

Imagine sitting on a leather couch...

Me: " Doc, I can't stop thinking about waisting hard earned money on performance upgrades."

Doc: What do you see in this ink blot?

Me: "All I see is the letters H-E-M-I"

Doc: I think you have a problem!

LOL that's good.

Tranny upgrade, I need to look through that list again I missed that on the list. Anyhew, I would hope you'd get 50 hp out of all that. I'm still stuck on this tranny upgrade thing, hum...

I got the cam install to play with, it will be a while before I start looking into something else. Tracking says the parts should be here by Friday so I'm doing the final review of notes and synching up.

So I wonder if this will take control, and the ESP issues? Kinda wonder what the numbers are without headers, and cam ? jeesh didnt think you would have to get all that for 50more hp plus labor involved.(OUCH)
