In the "old days" we could do something about it. Behind the wood shed, so to speak. Now a days, we who seniority and have hundreds of posts AND have been here for months, might hurt someone's feelings or may offend them if we correct them and tell them how to do it the right way.

Meanwhile, I see they make smart-alick remarks and think they are "cool".
