LOL No, actually it is common netiquette that goes back to the beginning days of computer communication. Before the usenet and long before the internet became public. All caps and lack of punctuation is generally considered rude. If your point is worthy of being read, then it is worthy of having time taken upon it to make it as pleasing as possible to the eyes of those you wish to view it.
Of course all this becomes moot if you are using a Commodore 64, then you have no choice.

Actually, I went with the Airraid because at that time it was all that people here had used. I can fairly honestly say it doesn't do a damn thing but offer a really cool whistle sound and of course give me something to type in my tag line..

Not sure about the whistle.
SuperChips (SC) Flashpaq is much like a Jet Chip, they both change parameters in the cars computer. Like timing, shift limiters, etc.
Here are some of the things SC will do that the Jet Chip will not:
Updates for the SC can be downloaded and applied, so it is more flexable and will evolve.
You choose the parameters that are changed.
Allows changing of tire sizes.
You can bump the top end limiter.
You can “data log” run times (i.e. ¼ miles or by speed)
