I see you are getting ready to let 'er rip. However, I noticed you were "told" to go to a parking lot so you can't get in trouble. This is not true. Where ever you go, do it with no police around.
Exhibition driving is a stiff fine and is a "funny" law, that, it crosses lines -- public or private property doesn't matter -- unless you are at a sanctioned event, you doing this is open season for a police officer to have a chat with you.
Yes, have some fun. Just make sure it's in the middle of no where.

And a 100ft duel treads mark after letting the brake go
While fish tailing. You could try this hold the brake
While giving gas car may nudge forward a little press the brake more
When you near the torque it should start to spin give it more gas
And poof you got smoke.oh yeah turn ESP off.
