This is my first thread but I have beenreading this site for quite some time. I was just wondering if anyone else was having a problem with the new update from Superchips (Flashpaq). I received an email from them about a week ago telling me about their new update. I downloaded it and ever since then my car has been running like crap. The best way I can describe it is it runs very sluggish. Anyone else having this problem?????

No I havent had a problem with it !!!!! Maybe you sould take it out,then DL it again and retry it maybe that what would help .Maybe you got you some bad gas somewheres to ? I am just guessin here!!!!! good thing I edited this

This is a copy of the email I received from them,,,hope it's not some fake and I just downloaded a virus or something:

An issue with transmission settings has been identified with firmware version
1.05. Your tuner has been identified with firmware version 1.05. Please update
your tuner to firmware version 1.06.

If you have programmed your vehicle with firmware version 1.05, the update to
firmware version 1.06 will automatically correct the issue and will return you
vehicle to stock when connected to the vehicle. After your vehicle has returned
to stock with firmware version 1.06, your tuner will operate normally.

I think I read somewhere that version 1.07 is out now. I would try again.

 

I tried to download the application again but still have the same problem. I'm now waiting to receive a reply back from Superchips. I'll go back to the website and check to see if there's a new download, thanks for the help.

Hey superchips guy is there anyway I can DL the first program you had? The throttle response was outstanding with that one,now it kinds sucks.I also read somwhere the tire mesure for the spedo was off in the tuner is that true?
