Default Drum brake conversion to disc brake in a 1964 D100 truck

Where do I get the parts to do the front conversion, or what year of disc brakes hook up to the D100 truck? Really need help!!

I am experiencing same issue for a '53 Dodge. Did you manage to resolve?

Well I'm still drivin my 88 Dakota with the 1997 Ford exp rear end. You want pics? Bolted in except u bolts larger diam. Pads shocks hoses same. E brake cable diff hook up. So u want pics??
