Default 1991 "Lil Red Express" Dakota... Help please!

I own a 1991 lil red express dakota and need to know a few things... first of all, i just got possession of this vehicle and have noticed a few things. It needs an oil change (hasn't had one since 1995) and i really want to do a tranny flush. What fluids are recommended for oil and transmission? I want to run full synthetics. Also, what other maintenance should i be doing for this ride since it's been a while since its seen the road? any help is greatly appreciated....

I went with a 5w 30 Pennzoil platinum with a K&N oil filter... I've been using these both on my other vehicles and they work great! The vehicle only has 11,000 miles on it. Anyone able to fill me in on if i made a good decision? Also, I still need to know what transmission fluid I should be using...

I would be using 10w-30 for oil. Do you still have the owners manual for your dak otherwise I will go check mine for the tranny fluid.

i went back this morning and purchased 10w30... i realized that the "buy one get 1" didn't register when i purchased them so i got my money back and swapped it for the the 10w30 instead of 5w30. Unfortunately I do not have an owners manual for the vehicle... I searched on teh internet and they are going for around $45. I believe tranny fluid, if memory serves me correctly, should be ATF4 and not ATF3 as previously advised back in the day.
