Damn,... Sorry for the double post, this is actually where i wanted it posted. [sm=oopssign.gif]

$519.00 LineX Bed Liner & $470 Rhino Lining Bed Liner - No Tax Included in price. (SW Florida Price)
Does this price seem a bit high? [sm=hail.gif]

I've seen posts where people have had it done for like $350 i think,... [sm=smiley21.gif]

Those of you that have had it done, could you tell me how much you Paid and in what State please?
I need a Vacation so for me it might be worth it for me to spend the $120.00+ on Gas and just drive to another state and have it done,...

I know its kinda Korny but i'd rather give someone else my money then some business that is just charging to much you know what i mean?

I mean if i'm going to spend the money anyway it might as well be spent as i see fit and plus it gives me the chance to see another United State and take pictures along the way,... woot [sm=icon_rock.gif]

Well anyway, if you got a minute, let me know how much you paid and where please, also let me know if you got a spare room for me and the wife for a couple weeks. [sm=joke.gif]

Thanks for coming by.

Its a little high but not far off. Just really depends on what brand liner you want in. There are some that are cheaper, but they chip and peel over time.

I think i'm gonna go with the Rhino Liner even tho the bimbo on the phone sounded and acted like a bimbo.
Got $140 Saved up so far.

It was a toss up between the liner or factory installed Fog Lights.
My truck came with a factory bed under the rail liner when i bought it so it's fine for now until i save for the rest.
Who knows tho i may change my mind and get the Fog Lights 1st .

Thanks for your input guys. if anyone else has suggestions i'm always listening.

Thanks for visiting.

Hello,
I did my Line-X right after I got the truck in 2001. It was $527.00 at that time and included the dark green to match my Forest Green paint, over the rail option, and a clear coat option to help preserve it.
I am in Southern california and the truck sits outside all the time.
The sun and weather have taken away the semi gloss finish look but the liner itself is still perfect.

A good investment in my opinion.

A clear coat? Just curious but have you ever hauled dirt or gravel in it? I'm wondering if the clear would hold up to shovels and rakes and stuff.

I think my Ram was in the 350-400 range, but I got some other stuff, yellow jacket or something. I made a couple of nice slices in it with a spade once but other than that it's held up pretty well. I went under the rail which saved some money. If you live in or near a big city you might try calling shops out in the toolies to see if they're any cheaper, might find a lower sales tax too by going to a smaller town. My Dakota came with line-x iirc.

I am am the owner of Rhino Linings of North Charleston, SC. I am not here to say which liner is better and I won't say bad things about any liner. As a dealer here are just a few things that I want you to know. First off Rhino Liners either Rhino Hardline or Rhino TuffGrip are covered by Nationwide Warranties as long as you own your truck. We installed alot of liners in Dodge vehicles from one of our local dealers. Now as far as price goes we sell or liners from $325 to $400 in standard black with either Hardline or TuffGrip, this includes over the rail installation. Now if you want custom colors or UV top coats the price is from $400 to $600 depending on colors. We operate by appointment only though as it keeps out cost lower so we can pass on to the customer. Please visit our web site at www.vvlining.com or call us.
