I think this will help you out sir. https://dodgeforum.com/m_555666/tm.htm

Hmmm. I decided to look at the list myself to see what you codes were and they are not on the list. I may have to do a lil more research into this one.

Well, P0508-IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE SENSE CIRCUIT LOW, P0509-IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE SENSE CIRCUIT HIGH.
The "possible causes" are:
P0508
IAC CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
IAC SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
IAC SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
IAC CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
IAC MOTOR
PCM

and P0509
IAC RETURN CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
IAC CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
IAC CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (K961) IAC RETURN CIRCUIT
IAC MOTOR
PCM

We have search results!!
Clicky here.
I would bet your IAC motor is shot. This is located on your throttle body. Look at #3 in the picture.
