Default 85 Dodge daytona stalling when clutch depressed

Having trouble with my 85 Daytona new to these cars when I push in the clutch it wants to stall have to gas it to keep it running. Just wondering if it could be an EGR issues or possible vacume issue been awhile since I've worked on a car this old any advice would be appreciated.

Vacuum leaks would usually cause high idle...... EGR might be stuck, but, pushing in the clutch still shouldn't make it stall..... Will it idle normally in neutral? Getting any codes?

Did the problem go away? The vacuum line wasn't burnt was it?
