Electrical problems
I just recently got a 1990 Daytona ES, but I have no lights. I do have reverse, and brake, but no park or head/tail light. I have the blinker on my driverside, but not the passenger. that is true with the hazards as well. I have done piles of research, and i believe the problem to be either a ground or a fuseable link... but i can't find a problem[:@].... anyways, any help is appreciated.... i am especially interested in finding an electrical diagram for my car. thanxs.........

I take it you've already checked the fuses? A bad ground can cause a butt load of electrical problems. I'll see if I can find my Chiltons on it and post the wiring diagram for you.

My manual is in storage, but I have it in my roll away and I need to go and pay this months storage bill, so I will get it later on today.[sm=smiley2.gif]

Okay, I hoped this could be an easy fix, and that the headlight swich assembly was messed up, so I replaced it this week-end. Wrong[:@]. I put in a new switch assembly that i know works, and I still have the same problem. I want to know if there are any realays (I assume so) and where they are. I also want to know if the computer can cause problems like I have? And if it could be the computer, would a computer out of a NON turbo car work, assuming I set the turbo up with a manual control? Thanks for any, and I meen any, help.
Some computers can have an effect on it, but I don't know if yours does or not. You should be able to find a turbo PCM in the junkyards, the turbo motors are very common. I don't think the non-turbo PCM will work.
