1992 Dodge Daytona poor throttle response
The picture looks like an N/A engine. The only caveat on those is getting the timing belt right. I bought an 86 Omni from my sister that had never run right after they had the belt replaced. The tensioner can pull the belt out of time if you're not careful. I reset the belt right and replaced the converter that was melted from the out of time engine running extra fuel into it. It ran okay for a carbed engine on the Omni's. The '89 I autocrossed was F.I. and it did great.
I'll bet pulling the plugs and pumping air into #3 and air will come out #4.
