Default Is this a tick or sounds normal?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I'm thinking about buying a 92 Daytona, 2.5 n/a. Overall the car looks good. I have this video of the engine running but i hear a bit of a tick. I know some engines run a little loud like this but i just need to know if it's normal on a 2.5 or if it's gonna grenade on me. I've had Dodge/Chryslers before but not a 2.5, so i just want to make sure this is normal and not a disaster waiting to happen.
Of course IF i buy it, I'm changing all the fluids and everything but before i get into it i want a second (or as many) opinions. Thanks!

How many miles? I'm hearing two things, Belt noise and the tick. Where is the tick cumming from? Valve cover?

I haven't tracked it fully but it does sound like it's from the valve cover. And it is a tick and not a knock so I'm not running away yet. Any suggestions?

Seems rhythmic not related to engine RPM, unless the engine is rev up n down slightly. The mention of belt squeal makes me wonder about tensioner chatter? Can you see if the tensioner is jumping at all

Could take the belt off, and run the engine for a bit, see if the noises are gone.... (don't run it long though.....)

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go for it and get it. I don't think it's waiting to detonate any time soon. I bet you it'll purr with a little TLC.
