Talking Lets Shed some light on the BS!

Ok guys, the rain finally let up today and I shot another video that I will post.

I have been reading from magazines and websites that the ram does the 1/4th in about 15.2sec at 87mph.

Well today before I got home decided that the road look pretty dry so I decided to get a try.

This time I turned off the esp and ran with it off. Gear was in just regular Drive.

I started at 3sec on the video. I hit 60mph at 10sec and at 17.5 sec I was doing 92mph.

Alight so if you sub (-) the 3sec on both this is estimate:

0-60mph - 7sec
0-92mph-14-15 sec

That is over what they stated. Give or take the reaction time I lost starting also.

I wish I didnt stop the video before the last shift I was going to do it to the rev limiter hits, but as you will tell it got bumpy. These country roads have lots of pot holes. haha

The truck really pulls hard from 95-105mph but to bad I couldnt get it.

I will post it up when it is done loading.

Just thought I would let you know since no one else wants to try it!!

The truck is quicker the what they actually state and if you go back about 2 pages pushing the esp button does not totally cut off esp but does make the truck quicker when it is partially.

Also just information for us racers. Hopefully that answered all your questions????

Good info, but I'd like something more accurate - like from a GTech or even better yet - from an Edge programmer.

I just took my rcsb to the track last night. The track is Montgomery Motorsports Park in Montgomery, AL. For a refresher, it's a stone stock '09 rcsb 2wd hemi with 3.92's. It has about 750 miles on it.

Here's where some of you will probably call me a liar: My best pass was 14.225 at 95.87 mph. I've attached a scan of the timeslip and a picture of the truck this morning with the number the track assigned me partially wiped off by the windshield wiper.

Ok, since it's going to be magically retarded and completely ignore the attachments I uploaded, lemme see if the links to my photobucket account will work:
