2011 Outdoorsman Window Sticker
Can anyone who has an '11 outdoorsman tell me what the MSRP says on their window sticker? My sticker shows options not on the truck and want to know if anyone else has a sticker price that may reflect a lower MSRP without certain options. I am fighting with Chrysler and the dealer now and the dealer is telling Chrysler that they discounted the price because the options were not on the truck, that was not disclosed to me during the sale, and I do not believe them anyway, as they already had a price before I brought it to their attention. You may ask why I bought the truck without the options...because I believed their story on how the widow sticker would have added an itemized price to the sticker if the options were on the truck, even though they show up on the options list. After research on DF I found out their story was crap and I opend a claim. Funny, the Chrysler help line says they have never heard of this before.
Options listed but not on the truck:
Power Lumbar, 60/40 split bench, 115v plug, floor shifter
Option listed in owners manual:
USB plug in upper compartment with the radio build codes I have...Cannot remember them but I have 2 radio codes on the build sheet that the manual says should include a USB.
Thanks

I don't know if this window sticker look up works for '11 models or not but enter your VIN and see what comes up.
Maybe the sticker shows base options and then overridden options???I dunno
Do you have a regular bench seat or buckets? Buckets would override 60/40
The 115v plug, maybe it's not in a common area and you just havent seen it?
USB, maybe its USB capable where you need something from the backside?
I haven't a clue, those are merely questions that even i am asking.
I state all these so others will know as well. maybe some 4th gen guys can explain where and how to look for those items. I'd like to know for future benfit as well.
can you post up a pic of your window sticker?
can you post up a few pics of your interior?
maybe that'll help others to help you so you can maybe put this to rest with Chrysler. they are not fun to deal with at all.

That's a thought. Looking at my own window sticker it does show base equipment such as cloth seats, radio media centre 130 and others stuff which I don't have. Optional items can delete other items but yet those non existant base items remain on the sticker.

Front bench seat...rear is suppose to be 60/40 v
according to sticker.

Base options

Options...suppose to override base options

Radio...lower left storage comparment should have 115v plug

Build sheet with radio codes

Owners manual
I do not know what to think I guess.
You have the 40-20-40 front seat so that deletes the floor shifter.
So you are saying the rear seat isn't a 60-40 split? Never saw it any other way. The bottom should fold up, the smaller section being on the driver's side.
Would think you should have the 110 outlet, not sure about the USB plug.

OK. You show RESS/RSCS and RES/RSC without the ending "S". That might differentiate the USB connection?
As for the 115v outlet, take a look HERE
Also, an automatic floor shifter sounds contradictory..lol Most "automatic things just happen. Just had to say that, but it might be as above stated and deleted because of the center jumpeseat, but that doesnt explain why they would leave it in with the options???
Power lumbar, maybe they mean manual power...lol Sorry, making light out of a bad situation is all. Do you have a button on the dash to the left of the steering wheel to adjust for the lumbar? Nothing on the door by locks either?
As stated in post #32 in above link....let the dealer see your window sticker, BUT DO NOT LET THEM KEEP IT...!
