Another program that you can use if WMP is giving you problems is CDeX. Do a yahoo search and download the latest version. All you have to do there is load in the cd, the music will show up in the window as track 1 through whatever, you rename the tracks so they appear opn you computer with actual names, and click the convert to MP3 button and wait. If the CD has scratches on it or the song is bad, this program will tell you with what they call "Jitter errors".
