would these parts, along with my existing power supply hard drives, case and optical drives be good for a replacement system for the price????, my power supply is a 20 pin, i think 120 watt(i know its a small one but its worked fine up to now)

You'll definitely want a better power supply...

The hard drive(s) and optical drives should swap over without any problems since that mobo is still IDE capable.

Dude
For what your upgrading to YOU NEED MORE POWER. You might as well buy a new case and power supply. The new MOBO has a 24 pin connector. But mainly MOBO and Graphics card will be power hungry. You also need to look into COOLING. The Floppy connector is in a WEIRD place on that board. I see problems with it(if you still use one). With 4 SATA connectors why use old hard drives. You can geta 160gb for under $50 at that site. Why buy fast equipment just to have HD bog it down.

because i cant afford much more than that, and how big a power supply do you suggest i get, and do i NEED a new case or is it likely i can make my old one work, the dimensions are bigger than the motherboard listed

and is the floppy connector the fdd connector?? because yes its in a wierd place, but idk if im switching my floppy drive over, i dont use it much(if at all) now that ihave a bunch of flash drives which are smaller and quicker

I wouldn't go under 500wats.It may be more than needed now but as cash flow gets better you may add more stuff. As fas as case it depends. most times you can get cases dirt cheap w/ power supplies.

dont go cheap on a power supply. every piece of hardware in your computer is at the mercy of the power supply, so you dont want a ****ty cheap power supply unless you are building a ****ty cheap computer.
