You actually had your settings set to "Subscribe without notification" for your threads/posts. I have turned this off for you. You should not receive any further notifications, however I suggest logging out of the site and back in just to clear the cookies.

Most welcome!

Okay, since his issue is fixed, oh master Reject, let me ask another question on the topic.

I have my account setup to send me instant email notification, but I have yet to get an email saying I have new posts in my thread. The other forums that I troll on, when someone replies to the thread, I get an email about 5 seconds after that. What is the deal on DF's system?

You are also using your school email as the email account to send the notifications too, and I'm pretty sure it's viewing those emails as spam. My suggestion would be to change your email to a yahoo account or something....

Wouldn't those messages get thrown into the junk folder then?

Not always, especially if you are getting a high volume amount. Some ISP's are automatically blocked on purpose by the campus. Honestly, I would change it just to rule it out...

I did just after I posted that reply this afternoon. Changed it to my yahoo account and now it's working. Weird....

Not really weird to be honest. Alot of college email gets bombarded by spam, and they block the hell out of stuff that sends a ton of garbage to it if you dont add it into your allowed senders list. Even then, it may still get filtered...

I see it daily at work, since I work at a college
