Has anyone else experienced problems with the absence of the posting toolbar?

It used to be (a week ago or so) I had a toolbar that came up when posting. I was able to take a quote and make it bold etc.
Also, it had a image button which made it easy to post pictures......

For me, that toolbar is gone.

Has it vanished for others?

 

Yes. It's been noticed. moved to the forum issues and suggestion section so this gets visibility from the powers that be.
