Cannot attach images or highlight in bold etc. It seems the tool bar is gone.

I can quote what you said, but I no longer have the tool bar where I can change it to bold and I no longer have the ability to post pictures (again from the toolbar)

This is not something I dont know how to do,
I have posted several pictures in the past.
Its just that the toolbar is gone.

Which forum skin are you using?

 

I have to click "Go Advanced" at the bottom to get the attachment (paper clip icon) to appear. Using DodgeForum One skin.

Im not very computer literate. Not sure what (forum skin) means.
But as of sometime after 10 am this morning it started working again!!

Down at the bottom of the page there is a box in a black bar which allows you to select different forum "skins" to change the look and feel of the forum.
