Default Links on word?

I am noticing that their are words that are linked. Like the word Dodge has a "Sponsored Link"

Is that you guy putting that in? I am curious because I know there are adwares that do that when they get on your computer. I just want to find out if your site is doingthe linking, because if not, I need to find that damn adware program on my computer

Thanks,

It doesn't really bother me. I was just concerned because I wanted to make sure I didn't pick up a BUG from somewhere.
