No, it sounds like a bad sensor (or maybe wrong part number). The map controls timing like the vac advance in the old days.

It is a sound that is high pitched, shrill and can be caused by a loose or bad belt. To verify, spray belt dressing on it while running and see if the sound goes away.

are this are the symptoms of a bad serprentine belt???\\\\\

lose power steering, power brakes, your battery will not charge, your engine will overheat. The belt turns your water, power steering, power brake pumps as well as your alternator which provides power.??????

Not really... a loose belt will squeal with some preformance loss. A broken (snapped, cut etc) belt will cause system loss. Also some of the systems you listed for a "bad serprentine belt", would not be affected on your car. Your brakes are boosted by engine vacuum and your water pump is driven by the timing chain (chain for 2.7 engine, for 3.5 it's the timing belt) therefore your engine would not have an overheat. Neither of these systems would be affected by a broken serprentine belt.

Ok, have your charging system tested at an auto parts store for free and let's go from there. That will answer many of the basic problems.
