Default Water in Jack Compartment

Just purchased a 2009 Journey and after checking out the spare tire / jack found some water in the bottom of the compartment. Has anyone had this happen before?

You are the first. Take the car in and have the dealer do a water test.

I have an 09 SXT. It had water in both compartments in the floor board. Turned out the be a leak on the drivers side cab panel between the window and windshield. It was leaking in and running under the carpet to the compartments. Dealer fixed the leak and replaced the entire carpet in the car, no issues now.
