2010 Journey won't start

2010 Journey RT continues to not hold charge & horn honks, throwing in the towel
After many trips to the dealer I purchased car at to independent mechanics for the car not holding a charge and horn honks, clicking in dash after the car is jumped......I am really disappointed to say I am THROWING in the TOWEL...
going to CarMax to sell it off. This seems to be a common issue.
I have taken out different fuses, horn, bluetooth, radio and electric outlet in back.... nothing works. Bummed
