You can get HID's now easy and many other complete set ups with glass and plastic housings included to replace exact fit from factory. I will include a link or two at end.
The actual bulb from factory in the journey is a 24w bulb. The bulb is a H16 or 9009.

There are far more options on the market now than used to be. The bulbs that replace the fog lights are H16 bulbs or 9009 bulb. I will provide some links bellow for items. The factory bulbs are listed as just under 24 watts and are not the easiest bulbs to reach, so you should be prepared to unfasten some of your lower fairing on the front of the Journey just in front of the front wheel to access the bulbs correctly.
