Uconnect won't connect
Do you know which model radio you have? If not, look on the lower right hand corner of the radio faceplate, there's a 3 digit code and that's the model. I really doubt that it's the module. Also what phone do you have and what's the SW / Android / iOS version does it have?
They replaced my bluetooth module and I have paired my phone. Of course it is irrelevant right now because I've driven the car less than 100 miles and had about 4-5 days. If you're interested in my saga check it out here: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-j...ml#post3275444
Same problem, searches to load uconnect, goes blank and starts over. All functions, ie radio, sub, settings, climate etc not available. Worked well for four years then nothing. 2012 Dodge Journey.
Called dealer, haven't to take in. Is there a hoe fix for this?

Please feel free to keep me updated about this concern after your visit to the dealership, I am happy to reach out on your behalf if needed.

I bought a used Dodge Journey 2012 about a year ago. I had issues immediately with bluetooth not pairing. Then the radio wouldn't turn off. They did replace the radio. Then about 6 months later the display would only come on once in a while. I had an extended warrenty and had them replace the module and all seemed good . Now again I am having problems. My display is not always coming on and my phone, which was paired last week, will not pair now. I am so sick of this. I love everything about this vehicle except this. This is a big thing. Without the display working I can't control the heat or air conditioning. And I would really like my bluetooth to work. Can someone help me? In reading this thread it seems that I am definitely not the only one. For my bluetooth I have tried the reset but it hasn't worked.

I'm sorry to hear you've had this ongoing experience. I'd be happy to follow up with your dealership--is your Journey currently in service?

My car is not in service right now. Originally the dealership did replace my radio because it was still under warranty. When I started having problems with the display/radio coming on they couldn't figure out the problem as every time I brought it in the radio was working. They also told me that my extended warranty wasn't with them. The extended warranty was thru the used car dealership that I bought it from. The mechanic there diagnosed that it was a module problem and replaced it. It was fine for a couple of months and then started shutting off again. I can't bring it in to the dealership because they couldn't figure it out last time and my warranty is not with them. I just feel, from reading what others have written, that my problem is not going to go away unless the whole display unit is replaced. Even then I'm not sure. I believe it may be the wiring as I had problems with the first radio.
