Default Journey leaking coolant help

I have a 2009 Dodge Journey that is leaking engine coolant. I know the plastic wye connector circled in yellow is cracked and leaking so that needs to be replaced. I also have an unknown drain line circled in red that is leaking coolant, does anyone know what the drain line is connected to? Thanks for any help in advance.[IMG]http://<a href=http://s1155.photobucket.com/user/yong7801/media/2014-05-22%2007.50.50.png.html target=_blank>Name: 2014-05-22%2007.50.50.png

Pics dont work. Whatever is broken or cracked needs to be replaced. Go from there.

The "Y"is a much posted fault, the other if it is a drain should not be leaking coolant but clear water.

What is the hose circled in red and why is it leaking coolant. I have the same issue. Started all at once. I can't tell if the other hose joints are leaking or if it's just the open hose above them. I was worried I had a bad head gasket but maybe it's much simpler. What are those is that drain hose from?
