Lol. Yea, I got it pulled out. They gave me the wrong seal so had to order it. Picking it up in the morning. I was able to do it without removing the exhaust, but it was definitely a tight fit.

Ok, now I am running into the issue that I cant find a seal that fits. On the seal I pulled out, it says SABO 8353. All the parts stores are showing one with the same inside diameter, but the outside diameter is too small. I cant tell if this is a piece that holds the seal, or what. I am at a loss.

Try the dealer parts department.

Went to the dealer and found out that they do not make the exact one I pulled out anymore. The newer one is smaller and catches a lip inside the transfer case as opposed to being on the outside of it. Now I gotta figure out how to get the new one put in since I assume hit has to be pressed in like the old one did. I could have used a piece of wood and a hammer to knock the old style back on. And of course, there is no information out there on how to do it.

they should just hammer in place. the dealers have a special seal driver. post a pic of the updated seal design; maybe you can get by without the driver.

National seal Number 711116 is a perfect match for it
