Be patient you'll love your car. I'm glad I ordered mine. I got it just the way I wanted.
Side note:
I started out ordering an "Inferno Red", and then they said it wasn't available. So I changed it to "Midnight Blue", then they said it wasn't available. "Inferno Red was available once again, so I changed it back. What pissed me off was that DC never told my dealer anything; they just left it on indefinite hold. Dealers don't have a clue as to when they will get any cars that are hard to get. I'm just talking about the Hemi motor cars.

I got my VIN # today. Anyone know how I can track the car with that?

I just kept going into my dealer every couple of weeks and checked with the guy who orders the cars there. They won't know much either until it is built. You can go to this website to see what isn't available. That's why I changed my color twice.

There are two ways to check what you want, neither one is very good.
1)
If you have a von you can call customer service and they can look it up for you.
Call 1-800-992-1997.
• The sequence to input is 1, 2, 5, 2, 3... your phone

Customer service computers are a bit slow to update. Usually they get updated once a week regarding build status's. I found that the best time to call was either Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.
2)
This is the brampton web site run by the workers working on our cars.
http://www.bramptonassembly.com/boa...um.php?f=2&sid=
If you have a vin# join the private quarters and the guys on the line will let you know right where you are at and you can read all the gossip.
It'll cost you to join the site and ask questions ($20 or $25 I forget)
I never did it because it only takes 30 hours to build the car, so by the time they know anything it's already made.

Grand Patron,
Thanks for the info. I did call the Dealership and they let me know that there was no public access to their tracking DB. Knowing the codes will help me understand what's going on at least.

We lucked out in getting our sxt, we built one on the computer and then went to a different dealer and they had one on the lot and it was exactlly as we ordered including the inferno red (a deal breaker). WE absolutly love this car 9000 miles
The dealer just called to let me know I could come get my Rt. I ordered it 8 December so thats 5 weeks and 2 days. Guess I got lucky. Anyway Yipeeeeeeee!!
