I had the same problem the noise drove me crazy. May trips to the dealer and no fix. So I founf this on LX I believe and here is what they said to do And it worked. Oull off the top and bottom rear hatch panels bothe have 2 screws on them. WHen you oull them off you will see that there are white plastic tabs that connect to the hatch to hold the panel in place. Forget them what I am talking about is these tabs that are the same color as the panel they are around 1 1/2 inch's long and look like a plus sign. They go into holes in the metal of the hatch to aline the panel in place. Well beleve it or not this is where the noise is coming from the metal and plastic rubbing. You will see some plastic shavings on the metal!!! I duct tapes the holes and cut a X in the tape so the tabs can go thur and I taped the tabs and put it all back together and now NO NOISE!!! Try it.

Great suggestions.

I have an 05 R/T and 1) when the rear cargo 'visor' is off - the back rattles and I get wind noise. and 2) While on a trip to FLA (and all nighter) my 6'5" frame had the pleasure of 'sleeping' in the back - with the seat backs down....well, My head was near the rear well and I felt a 'DRAFT'....I havn't pin pointed it yet, but I think it was coming from around the tail light assemblies.....actaully , I know some was as you could see right OUT around the edge(no, not through the lens)!

I'll takea look at the other suggestions as well.
