I just installed Magnaflow muffs, double 3.5'. didn't touch a 'suitcase' though. sounds much better - deep growl with acceleration, even without flooring it. seem to have more power too. didn't do dyno, but trottle is certainly quicker. definetly can tell when the MDS kicks in - distinct drone (described by several other people in this forum). i can't say nothing about mph - drove onle 40 MI so far.
Mechanic had to cut a bumper cover to fit the pipes. i will have to smooth this out as well as nicely finish bracket welds, also left muff. is (just a bit) tilted. i'll take it back tomorrow to adjust brackets; straighten it and lift a 1/2 inch.
