Default Aftermarket Sway Bars

Does anyone know if there is a company making aftermarket sway bars for the Magnum yet?

I may need to invest in those myself. Had Hotchkis bars on my Lightning and those are quality bars.

Eibach has what appears to be some quality stuff for the R/T - I have the ProKit Springs on and really like the overall look and feel. And I feel that 1.3 and 1.4 is just a tad less than real-world. I'd say more like 1.75.

MikeEast,

You have any pictures that show the before and after shots? Like a side view? I have the same springs waiting to go in....just wanted to get a glimpse of what I could expect. Any difference in the ride?

I will wait until Hotchkis comes out with their springs and get the swap bars and springs as a set. Their products are very good.

jy211 - check my photobucket link - the main album that opens first is the 'before' stuff, select the 'my magnum' album for the 'after' stuff. I would have separated them into different albums, but I didn't want to break any of the links..

The ride a tad firmer, the biggest change is the body roll is a LOT less - someone referred to his RT as a 'tuna boat' in stock form, I didn't think so then, but after changing the springs, I agree totally. Before it felt tippy and rolly compared to now, where it's lower, much cooler looking and doesn't lean or sway hardly at all. Speed bumps and my driveway entrance are bit more noticeable, but I've no complaints and the SO hasn't said anything negative either..

I took the back roads home last night, trying to catch my SO in her '03-Monte-SS after she got a full 2-3 minute headstart om me and it was really sweet, pushing this car a bit more than normal - dark, no witnesses :-)
I never got any tire squeal, but did feel the ESP kick in twice - this car is SO much fun to drive hard now. [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I finally did get my stuff from the infamous mr.anderson and installed part of it - I'll wait for good weather to crawl under it. I must admit that the sound changed a LOT from the stock tube to the smooth tube, before at WOT it sometimes sounded like it was gargling, now its sounds a LOT cooler, a much more subtle moan/howl to it and the sotp dyno likes it a lot.

Mike

I just ordered the Hotchkis front/rear sway-bars today and should be in next week. I'm leaving the stock springs and I'll give a report in a week or so as to my thoughts on the bars.
