No, it wont work with the steering wheel controls. There isnt much out there that does. Check with crutchfield and maybe they have some kind of adaper and tell you which radios are compatible. I have the base SXT without all the fancy doo-dads.

Ok, I'm close to pulling the trigger on an '06 R/T but have a few questions:

Musky Nut,
Is this a dumb question? Is there going to be an 06 R/T and an SRT8? The Dodge site has no info so I'm basing my assumtion that the 2006 will be only the SRT8 on what I've read/heard on this site and the others that we're all on. Anyone have definitive info?

Since the steering wheel controls are over the CAN bus... You're SOL on getting a radio to get the commands in. Maybe 10 years from now radio manufacturers will get a clue and figure out how to make new radios that actually integrate in, rather than just slapping a boombox into the dashboard...
