RE: What have we driven?
Drove all three...
The SXT was fun, the SE didnt have the pull I needed...
Then I got in a RT...and it was all over.
The MPG difference isnt that far off, the car is a lot more fun, for me, and the pulling/tow ability fits what I need.
Besides, I didnt go looking for this car from a pratical standpoint, I went looking for a fun car, and found it..

RE: What have we driven?
I drove an SXT every Tuesday for 18 weeks while I was waiting for the 5-star-clowns to get me an RT.
I was picking up parts there the other day and ran into the sales-weasel, who slapped his head and ran when I asked if they'd ever gotten my original order in.
They hadn't cancelled it, and it was still in there as 'BX'. What's up with that?
I'd wander in there and check my status and after a few weeks the salesguy would just go get the keys without me asking :-)
If they didn't make the Hemi, I'd be driving the SXT, it's a cool car and the V6 is a right nice motor - but, like I've always said - "Too Much Is Never Enough"

RE: What have we driven?
Own SXT, drove a rental SE to just check out the overall Magnum. Comparing the SE to the SXT, It probably be like the SXT to RT for performance change. Plus the R/T would bee wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much temptation haha. Being $3000 down on the previous gas hog '02 Ram 1500, The RT was outta the price range.

RE: What have we driven?
I'm pretty sure that for me the cost of ownership of the RT would be roughly double that of the SXT. I've met myself, if I had an RT not only would I be hot-rodding it every time I got in, I'd also find more reasons to drive it than I already do. I'd be crying all the way to the gas-pump in my 13mpg machine. Again, I've met me, I know that would happen. I wouldn't be able to control myself.
