here is my '06 after i shaved all emblems and moldings. window tinting tomorrow.

i want to change out the headlamps to srt/8 headlamps, but at $1025 each is way too much. that is list price. the stock se headlamps are only $230 each. i may go with these. there is a guy that the dealer told me about wanting the r/t headlamps for his sxt. i am going to try and trade with him and we will both be happy at no cost to each other. the dealer is going to try and hook us up.

short for my wife's name Esmeralda.

and it is true about the 7/70 warranty, as of 4-4-05 they dropped it for the 3/36 warranty. but you can always get the 7/70 bumper to bumper warranty protection plan right from the dealer. you can do this anytime before the 3/36 expires.

Nope. The SRT-8 is a limited production variant with different grille, headlights, 20" wheels, badging, a couple more chrome strips (the dents in our RT bumpers are filled with more of that chrome stuff on an SRT-8), interior, front spoiler, brake cooling ducts, beefed up drivetrain and... that woofin' 6.1L engine (with no MDS). Limited production. Figure if you can find one the dealer markup will likely be ghastly, unless the gas price situation curtails demand...

All you have to do to verify a car’s model year is check the 10th digit in the VIN#.

If it’s a 5 it’s a 2005. If a 6, it’s a 2006.
