it is as regular as they come. all i am saying is that it is a 2006 model with different emblems.

i hope to make it simular to yours grin. with some 20's, better exhaust, and some sort of ram air hood. everything blacked out except the wheels and grill. i also would like it an inch or an inch and a half lower, but will have to see how it sits with the 20's first.

i ordered an '05 first on january 29th. but that order was declind. i then ordered an '06 on february 15.

sweet
I'll be selling my rims sometime soon if your interested. Mine isn't lowered at all but many think it is just because of how it sits.
I have the towing package so I'm leaving the back alone but when I get different wheels (20X8.5 in front and 22X10 in the back) I'm gonna drop the front en 1.5 inches.
What'd ya do with your removed emblems?
I now alot of RT owners that would love to buy em.
Mine were the '05 emblems so I just tossed em.

i'm not sure on what kind of wheels i want yet. i was thinking about 20" cragar s/s. i already promissed the r/t emblem to someone. i still have the hemi ones.

hey grin, i got all my windows tinted today 8%, but the guy wasn't able to do the windshield eyebrow. he couldn't get the film to follow the curves of the glass. he was precutting the sheet and trying to fit it. he told me it can't be done. i don't understand that. i told him to try a big piece and cut it afterwards to the shape of the glass. he didn't think he could do that.

how was yours done? is it one piece of film? i will have to find another guy to do the eyebrow.

i, also have the trailer tow. does this mean the car can't be lowered in the rear?

Need some help here.

The 2006 RT Magnum RWD base price is $30,135. (MSRP)

Add the shipping of $625.00 brings it to $30,760

This is the cost to you without any other options added.

Add the options, then you pay whatever they bring the cost to.

I ordered a 2005, quick build at a MSRP of $30,070

Add shipping: $625.00 = $30,695

I added the smokers option of $30.00 which brought the price to $ 30,725.

Was notified that the 05’s were stopped, and mine would be a 2006.

A price increase to $30,840, (increase of $115.00) and that the warranty was being reduced to 3/36 from 7/70 on the drive train.

How do they justify an increase in price along with a reduction of warranty?

65, he must not have been tinting very long.
I just cut it along the top of the windshield, pulled it down 6 inches and cut it again along the trim of the windshield then trimmed up the edges up and applied it. It's as easy as doing a side window. Sounds like he's just use to getting a quick 40 bucks or more for an eyebrow that takes 5 minutes as opposed to spending 10 on it.
They don't call the straight edged ones that droop on the sides 'lazy eyebrows' because they droop and look lazy. They are called that because only lazy tinters do em.
As for lowering the back, after market shocks, along with the springs will do it (I don't know which shocks). I've been told you can also adjust a sensor on the factory shocks to get the to drop with the new springs. Supposedly, every 1/8 inch of turning results in a one inch change in height. Dunno where that sensor is though and I know nothing about the ride it creates.
I'm not leaving the rear end stock out of fear. I'm doin it to get an old school camaro vibe goin.

old bob, I don't think they are going for justification here or applying logic for that matter. I think they are just trying to save a buck and will go back to their money maker after loosing way too much as a result of making the consumer feel like they are spending more for less.
Like having to crash a few times to learn how to ride a bike, Dodge will simply dust itself off and get back on after what is sure to be a crash. Ironicly, they'll probaly then have to up it to a 10/100 to win back who they run away with this dammaging decision.
I imagine they will still offer the bigger warrenty, they'll just make ya pay more for it. Talk em down more off the price to put it back where it otta be and everyone will be happy.

but then, what do I know. I just a dude who digs cars.
