RE: What does "DODGE" stand for?
Flat Eric,
LOL
But I like the 60's ad they actually ran, before they thought about it...
"Put a Dodge in your Garage"
Ford and GM lovers ate it up, "Yeah, that's where it stays, because it can't go anywhere..."
And also, cut Bob some slack, freedom of speech and all... His opinions are just as valid as anyone elses... Besides, he lives in Florida, maybe the humidity is getting to him...

RE: What does "DODGE" stand for?
Just remember, Henry Ford coudn't have built his Model T without a Dodge Brothers Transmission. As a matter of fact, it was the ease of using the transmission that made the "T" so popular, that and the price.
The Dodge brothers made more money than Henry did in the first few years of production, enough to start their own truck company, long before GM existed, except for Buick and Oldsmobile as seperate companies, who made cars only. [sm=yeahsmile.gif]
