FCM is like a body control module, generally it has nothing to do with ur issue.
If throttle body doesnt help, all the fuse and relay checks out good TNtech suggested, you most likely will need a PCM. Or broken wires somewhere in the engine harness
I don't know about where you live, but that body car (Charger/Magnum/300) I see the most rebuilt wrecks of anything. Good lord....some of the frankencars I see...lol. Mixed and matched body parts, modules...wow.

UPDATE: Ok, I got a mechanic to install the Throttle body assembly on the car but it was still doing the same thing so he went to the Tipm and started to pull switches and still, nothing changed.. So then I told him to look @ the wires underneath the TIPM so he pulled the whole CPU system (TIPM, PCM, & FCM) out the cradle that it sits in & looks @ the wires. He wiggled and moved the wires around while tilting the whole CPU system @ a 90 degree angle & told me to fire the car up, and it started and turned over. But the moment he attempted to lay the CPU system flat the car stalled. So after messing w/ the wires he discovered that the wires that goes into the green connector underneath the TIPM is what was causing the car to stall. So he unplugged it and then connected it back & I was able to get the car started, then he was able to put the CPU back into its cradle so I could drive it. After that I was able to start it up w/ no problem but the check engine light was still on so I key danced the car and got these codes... P0406, P0688, P0533, P0138, P0157, P0158, & P2101. So after driving the car for about 30-35 minutes I turn the car off. I then attempted to start it back up, and it goes back to not turning over. So I had to take the CPU system out the cradle & position it sideways so the car could start back up. I couldn't even put the hood all the way down so I had t drive real slow back w/ it slightly open. I know I'm on the right track but I just need to know what's making the car stall out once I get it to run? & I live in Philadelphia PA. Oh, & thanks for you info fellas!

At this point, I think your best bet is to pull the engine harness by the PCM section out, open it up and look for any broken wires.
If nothing found, Maybe you need a new PCM. Sometimes the breaks are inside the pcm, hence when you lay the PCM in different position, it would start.
Sometimes the reason it start working after you connect/disconnect a connector is because you just reset the computer.

Is like how ur PC locks up, you fix it by restarting the computer. But as soon as it runs the programs that made the PC lock up last time, it would lock up again.

If the problem is the wiring harness, normally you can see it physically when you open up the tape, pay attention to the area where you moved.

you can purchase a Reman PCM at website like http://www.autocomputerexchange.com/ , pre-programed, plug and play. for like $300, Altho you might need a scanner to relearn the Gas Pedal.

sounds about the right part. you have a 3.5l V6, right? However, it is best to contact them with ur VIN to make sure you get the right part. and make sure you double check your VIN is correct on the info you provide the company.

UPDATE: Ok, as of Friday 11/16/12 my car is offically up & running!!!!!! The problem was that my car was previously in a wreck, & it was hit in the area in which the (PCM,TIPM,FCM) sits, and the wires were damaged as well as the Fuse box (TIPM) so that had to be replaced. The mechanic had to re-wire the wires coming from the engine harness going to the PCM, replace the connectors, and put a new TIPM on the car. And just like that, it starts up perfectly fine! Mission accomplished! My check engine light is still on and I pulled 2 codes.. p0406, p0157.. The mechanic told me that I need to replace the O2 sensors & the EGR value. So I'm on it!! I just wanted to update y'all about what happened w/ my car. You guys were a big help & I truly appreciate your help, & knowledge! Thanks again!!!!

For anyone shopping for a Charger/300/Magnum, be very discerning when you go shopping used. There are tons of them on used lots all over the country. The little junkyard turds on Craigslist are doing the same thing. Not saying there aren't other models, but this one seems to be the favorite/most plentiful among them. As a matter of fact, there are 4 used dealers at least in town here who come in here regularly trying to get modules programmed, asking for a flash in hopes of a free diagnosis, etc and you can plainly see the paint work and shoddy body work plus about 3 or 4 different VINs when you do a module scan report.

The whole wrecked and rebuilt (black) market needs to have a boot put on it's throat. People are getting screwed left and right. It's a serious consumer issue. Most times, it's someone with a "Visa" doing it. TAKE THE CAR AND PAY FOR AN INSPECTION BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

(steps down off stump)

Glad you got it fixed sir.
