Default Magnum water leak affecting transmission

2005 RT has 2" + of water in passenger floorboards due to leak in sun roof. The transmission is acting up and the radio lost power. Headlights, turn signals, fans, heater and most everything else seams to work. Engine works just fine. If I dry it out will the problem resolve itself or will I have ongoing electrical glitches ?

Probably have ongoing issues every time it rains.

Power comes from the battery up the passenger side, sounds like water is causing a short somewhere. Need to get that fixed; 2" of water???

Put a dehumidifier and a heater in car for a few days after sopping all the water I could. Everything seams to work except heated seats. Appears the problem was plugged drains for the sun roof. Got them unplugged and seams to be water tight. We'll see after the first heavy rain.
